CSA 2024 Member Agreement:
We are honored to grow for you and excited to bring you a variety of veggies, herbs, and flowers throughout the season. What follows is what to expect from our CSA and our commitments to you to ensure a smooth season.
Your CSA will provide seasonal vegetables grown free from pesticides or herbicides. Eating with the seasons means Spring brings lighter baskets and Autumn provides a more bountiful harvest, and you get to enjoy these nuances! While we do not guarantee a specific quantity, we anticipate each share will offer a selection of 5-10 varieties of vegetables. True to our tri-fold mantra, you will always find something green, something seasonal, and something unique! Unfortunately, we cannot permit requests of specific vegetables or substitute produce based on preference. Each week will be accompanied by a guide that details the basket with some of our favorite preparations or plant information that we love!
While we have meticulously planned and prepared, we cannot control Nature, and especially not our rapidly changing climate. There may be unfavorable weather and pests that can curb or limit certain crops. By signing up for this CSA you are agreeing to share in these risks that may impact a week or more of your share.
Payment/Refund
All payments are made prior to the beginning of the season. Once you have paid in full and signed up, you will have secured your space as a member of the CSA for Season 2024.
We will not provide any refunds (full or partial) if you decide to cancel your CSA. If you move out of the area unexpectedly, are not satisfied, or have any other reason to cancel, we encourage you to find a friend or family member who would be willing to take over your share for the rest of the season. Otherwise, we are happy to donate the produce to a local food pantry or family in need.
Pickup Sites:
When you purchase your share, you will choose the pickup site best suited to you. You are responsible for picking up your share at this site on Wednesdays during business hours. If you fail to pick up, you are choosing to forfeit your share that week and it will be donated. You may email up to 24 hours in advance if you have an emergency and request special accommodations. If you cannot pick up your share, we encourage you to offer it to a friend to pick it up.
Please be respectful of the businesses you are entering and their safety measures and protocols for COVID-19, especially for immunocompromised communities and family. This may include: Always wearing a mask. Maintaining safe (6’) distancing. Restricted or timed entrance. We will e-mail pick-up instructions specific to the site you select upon purchase with more detail.
At this moment, Wild Trillium Farm is only communicating through email. We spend a lot of time in the field, and sitting down to a desk prioritizes our communication with you. By signing up as a CSA member, you agree to receive communication regarding the CSA delivery and weekly contents from us. We encourage you to read more about our CSA and FAQ’s. If you have any further questions or concerns please email info@wildtrilliumfarm.com. We want you to know what to expect this coming season and would love to get to know you better!
With Love
