Working with Gary and Sue began all of our first farming experiences, individually, beginning in the summer of 2008 through 2011. To farm within their fields now is a gift, as well as a celestial lightning bolt to begin a long existing dream. We acknowledge that we farm & live on stolen land. Here are the ancestral homes of many, including: Kiikaapoi, Bodéwadmiakiwen, Myaamia, Hoocak, & Očhéthi Šakówin. As stewards of the Earth we honor the heritage & practices of those that have come before us. We aim to support those traditions through practice & monetarily. We are grateful for the time & knowledge this land returns to us, and devote our energy to land liberation & food sovereignty.
