Kale: Green Curly & Lacinato

Fennel (w/the fronds): You can use the fronds like you would an herb. Garnish salads, add to pestos and vinaigrettes, pickle with the stalks! There are endless ways to use up this flavorful veg! Here's a link to some recipes!

Shallots-fresh! Use quickly and keep in the fridge as they have not been cured.
